New EVP for Client Services: Elevating Customer Experience and Satisfaction

Anindita Banerjee, MBA, brings 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, training communications, and market access.

With a deep understanding of oncology, specialty, rare disease, and high-science brands, Anindita has dedicated much of her career to strategizing and solving market access and affordability challenges that keep clients up at night.

Over the years, Anindita has successfully managed strategic and tactical arms for engagements across Population Health, value messaging, and brand propositions, cost and coverage (pull-through) initiatives, reimbursement, and patient support programs. She is familiar with all aspects of developing, executing, and implementing a process, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and on strategy.

I am curious about the brand and category, the different opportunities available across stakeholders, and how to best connect data and analytics to apply insights that can prioritize solutions for the ecosystem.

As part of her ongoing client engagements, Anindita extensively worked within the oncology, specialty, rare disease, and biosimilar space, focusing primarily on women’s health, immunology and inflammation, precision medicine, gene therapy, and cardio-metabolic conditions. Her communication collaterals have focused on HCPs, payers, organized customers, specialty pharmacies, providers, office staff, and patients.

She has organized competitive workshops and virtual training sessions for field representatives and key account teams to demonstrate the ecosystem's value to internal and external stakeholders. She aims to clearly articulate the clinical and economic attributes of each therapeutic area to improve stakeholder dialogues and increase patient engagement.

Anindita holds an MBA in marketing and communications from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business. She received her BS in Microbiology and Biochemistry from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, India.
